The EET annuity tax mode has been implemented in China since 2004. This paper makes a empirical analysis on the influence of EET policy on Chinese enterprises after implementation. We designs three research hypotheses: H1: The EET tax mode enhances the enthusiasm of employees on taking part in the enterprise annuity system; H2: The status of economic development spirits the enthusiasm of enthusiasm of employees on taking part in the enterprise annuity system; H3:The development of basic endowment insurance impairs enthusiasm of enterprises' employees on taking part in the enterprise annuity system. LnPension=β0+β1Tax+β2GDP+β3Unemployment+β4LnRevenue+β5 Return+β6LnBasic+ε. It has drawn a conclusion that the reform of Chinese enterprise annuity tax policy from TEE mode to EET had not facilitated the development of enterprise annuity. The reason is that the effect of such policy has not been seen clearly as it was just launched, gives some interpretations and suggestions for the Chinese government and enterprises.

Based on good cation exchange property of vermiculite, the adsorption of vermiculite for simulated radionuclide Sr was studied by the static adsorption method. The adsorption behaviors and the effect of the experimental conditions were investigated. The results show that the saturated adsorption capacity of vermiculite sample for the simulated radionuclide Sr was 8.246×10{sup}(-2)mmol/g. The suitable pH value ranged from 4 to 11, the balanceable adsorption time was 3d, and the suitable temperature was 30℃. The main adsorption type was cation exchange. The adsorption mechanism can be described by Langmuir and Freundlich models. It acts better in accord with Langmuir model, and the correlation coefficient is 0.99974. This experimental study has important significance on low concentration of Sr radioactive waste liquid treatment.

Based on the characters of expanding and layer adsorbing of vermiculite, industrial vermiculite samples from Weili Mine of Xinjiang Province were expanded by both chemical and microwave chemical methods. The influences to the exfoliation ratio of different parameters such as concentration of hydrogen peroxide, power of the microwave, heating time, ratio of solid-liquid, immersion time were discussed. And the expanded mechanism of vermiculite was also analyzed. The results indicate that the expanded times increase with the increasing of concentration of hydrogen peroxide, and the best expanding point appears when the concentration of hydrogen peroxide is 30%. The solid-liquid ratio of vermiculite and hydrogen peroxide has little effect on the expanding of vermiculite. The vermiculite samples could be expanded 8.5 times by heated 2 min under 800W microwave power after immersion for 12h when the concentration of hydrogen peroxide is 30%. As a result, the vermiculite could be expanded because of the oxygen pressure produced by the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide into the vermiculite interlayer. When using the microwave chemical method, the pressure of both oxygen and interlayer water lead to the increases of the expanded times. And exfoliation vermiculite plays an important part in energy-saving and environmental treatment.

Taking the piezoelectric flexible plate as research object, this paper presents an efficient method to simulate and analyze intelligent structures with MATLAB and ANSYS applied. Firstly, this paper focuses on the development of modeling method for intelligent structures with distributed sensors and actuators. Modal analysis and transient analysis were done by using ANSYS 11.0 software, with the finite model of the intelligent plate constructed. Then based on an APDL (the design language of ANSYS) program, the vibration control experiments were done. By analyzing different control performance of different actuator assign position, the optimization criterion suggested by NASA for piezoelectric sensors and actuators arrangement was verified. While the optimal configuration was chosen, the control channel and primary path model of the vibration control system were obtained with MATLAB system identification toolbox employed. Finally according to the identified model an iterative learning control system was developed. The analysis and experimental results show that the analysis method for intelligent structures proposed in this paper is economical and effective and the designed controller has a good vibration suppression performance.
